Max and Gold
I thought that I would let you know what we named the chickens. The one with a dark beak is Max (yeah, she is a hen) and the one with a yellow beak is Gold. The kids were very excited about picking out their names. We have survived one whole night and one whole day with the chickens. I bought them a light and a timer so that they can have a little extra light for laying eggs. Hopefully we will have our first egg soon!

I am just so relieved to have free time now that I am just discovering what I like to do.
